This policy explains how CréditMaroc (“we”) collects and processes your personal data when you use the creditmaroc.co site. We comply with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data we collect
- Email address: when you enter it to receive the details of a simulation.
- Simulation data: amount, term, income, contract type, city — used to calculate your result. They do not identify you directly.
- Browsing data: via Google Analytics (pages viewed, device type, traffic source, audience-measurement cookies).
Why we use them
- Provide your simulation and, where applicable, send you your results.
- Improve our tools and understand how the site is used (audience statistics).
The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in improving the service.
Cookies and audience measurement
We use Google Analytics to measure the site’s audience. You can refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our technical providers (host Vercel, Google Analytics) solely to run the service, and where applicable shared with a partner bank or insurer with your consent.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to us at contact@creditmaroc.co. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP (National Commission for the control of personal data protection).
Security
We implement technical measures (HTTPS, security headers) to protect your data against unauthorised access.
