Privacy policy

This policy explains how CréditMaroc (“we”) collects and processes your personal data when you use the creditmaroc.co site. We comply with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data we collect

• Contact details: name, phone and email, when you ask to be contacted, to receive simulation details or a guide.
• Simulation data: amount, term, income, contract type, city — used to calculate your result. They do not identify you directly.
• Browsing data: via Google Analytics (pages viewed, device type, traffic source, audience-measurement cookies).

Why we use them

• Provide your simulation and, where applicable, send you your results.
• Improve our tools and understand how the site is used (audience statistics).

The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in improving the service.

Cookies and audience measurement

We use Google Analytics to measure the site’s audience. You can refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our technical providers (host Vercel, Google Analytics) solely to run the service. With your explicit consent (an opt-in, non-pre-ticked box), your contact details may be shared with partners — banks, brokers, developers or real-estate agencies — so they can contact you about your project.

Salma assistant (chat)

The Salma assistant runs entirely in your browser; your messages are neither stored nor transmitted. Only the contact details you choose to send through its form are processed, as with our other forms.

Your client space ("My space")

If you create a space, we store your email address and the simulations you save ("dossiers": amount, term, income entered, results and references), for one purpose only: letting you find and edit your simulations across devices. Sign-in is passwordless (email link or Google). We never store a password.

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from "My space" ("Delete my account and data"). Deletion is permanent and erases your dossiers and your account.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to us at contact@creditmaroc.co. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP (National Commission for the control of personal data protection).

Security

We implement technical measures (HTTPS, security headers) to protect your data against unauthorised access.

Updates

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
